Waite Law Office opened in downtown Cloverdale in 2020. Benjamin Waite represents clients in Putnam County, Owen County, Montgomery County, Hendricks County, Greene County, Marion County, Morgan County, Clay County, Vigo County, Parke County, Vermillion County, and the surrounding areas.
At Waite Law Office, Benjamin provides each case with individualized attention. We are ready and able to go to battle if necessary, but also realize that different cases require different approaches. Although cases may have patterns to recognize while assessing strategy, no two cases are truly alike.

Meet the Attorney
Benjamin D. Waite
Benjamin Waite founded Waite Law Office LLC in 2020. He has served clients as an attorney since 2013.
Benjamin has a background in criminal defense, family law, estate planning, civil, and appellate law. He has not only served criminal defense and family law clients, but has also served as a municipal prosecutor. He previously clerked under the Honorable John Martin prior to Judge Martin’s appointment as Magistrate to the Federal court. He has not only worked in county and Federal courts, but has also successfully briefed matters for the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Indiana Supreme Court.
Benjamin approaches each case with a plan to assess each case’s facts, law, and the client’s personal story. This approach helps Benjamin evaluate each case and build an appropriate personalized plan. He understands that different cases require different approaches based upon the client’s goals and personal history.
